Miley Cyrus: 'I'll be a virgin till marriage'  

Like many teen pop celebs before her, "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus has declared she intends to remain a virgin until married, in a new interview with London's Daily Mail newspaper.
Cyrus has been dating underwear model Justin Gaston since last year, and she insists the couple has not had sex.
"I want to keep my virginity until I marry. I was brought up in a Christian family," Cyrus says.
Cyrus chalks up controversies — like last year's Lolita-like photos by Annie Leibovitz in Vanity Fair — to simple growing pains.
"It’s hard growing up in the spotlight, and I’m changing. I can’t be the 12-year-old who just moved to LA for ever," she says. “I’m having a great time doing what I do but I’m also going to stumble and fall. Having my parents close helps."
In addition to her parents, Cyrus says her religious faith keeps her grounded. "You don't know what's real and what's fake in this city [Los Angeles] because almost everyone has a motive and everyone wants to get something," she says. "So many [kids] tell me they are here for new show castings and they'll have their hair and make-up done, ready to be cast — but they're just 9 or 10 years old. My sister Noah is 9 and she's one of those girls. She'll come home and say: 'Oh, I don't think the casting director thought I was pretty,' which is heartbreaking."
Cyrus says she's also getting advice from former child stars: "People mention child performers who have gone off the rails, but there are also stable people like Jodie Foster. She was a child star and look where she is now. She called to give me advice, which was great."
Cyrus formerly dated Nick Jonas. His band of siblings, the Jonas Brothers, has publicly vowed to remain virgins until marriage. Nick Jonas also previously dated another young Disney star Selena Gomez, who's also vowed chastity till marriage.
Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson also made such public declarations early in their careers.
